Readers Annotation: Liam thought because he looked like an adult he could easily handle things like one. Now he is stuck in space with no way to get home.

Plot:
Looking older has been good for Liam many times in his life. He was able to test drive a Porsche, ride a dangerous ride and convince a program that he was a father to go to space. This seemed pretty awesome for Liam at first, but now that he is in space, he is not so sure about it. Being 12 and looking 30 has gotten him in big trouble this time. The novel recounts how Liam ended up in space and how he attempts to get home. Liam wins a contest to get in space posing as a father to his friend. This makes Liam look at what it means to be a father and how much he may just appreciate his own.

Review:
This book was funny and full of adventure. Liam is a character that the reader immediately sympathizes with because he is stuck between two worlds. He does not fit well with the children because he looks so old that even a principal mistakes him for a substitute teacher. He does not fit with adults either because he is only 12. The more the reader knows Liam, the more hope they have he will get home. I liked the comedy mixed with heart warming realizations about life.
